Our course has taken us to El Nido in the past few days.
This small Town with its grandiose surroundings of bizarre coral islands is one of the tourist highlights of the island of Palawan. Usually there is a lot going on and the bays are crowded with diving boats and excursion boats.
Thanks to Corona, at the moment there is no tourism whatsoever and these enchanted islands with their rugged rocks created out of tiny corals in tens of thousands of years, lifted out of the sea by seaquakes lie lonely and peacefully in the Sulu Sea.
What a luxury.
Everything just for us alone!
Immediately after our arrival we went to the market to get our supplies and the next day we got out to this magical world with its countless islands, lonely white beaches and the crystal clear sea.

To be honest: I never thought that I could get Corona a positive side. ;)
To say it with the words of Monthy Phyton… always look at the bright side of life.
