Asterix & Obelix

Surely you remember Asterix & Obelix and how each of their adventures began in the comic books or the films?
"All of Gaul is occupied by the Romans ..."
Somehow we have been reminded of this little Gallic village for months.
Here, too, our little world, somewhere in the South China Sea, seems to have largely withdrawn from the haphazard rule of the mostly incompetent and self-indulgent politicians.
Masks are only worn in supermarkets or banks, all shops, many restaurants, hairdressers, churches, etc. have been open again for a long time ago.
However, schools and universities across the Philippines are still closed.
This fact confirms once again that the lack of plan and the contradictions of the political elite is not an exclusively Western phenomenon.
On the islands outside, life has been going its usual way for months after initial uncertainties and thus the Corona madness takes place largely without us.
Which of the two of us is Asterix or Obelix we leave to your creative imagination. ;)
