Fethye

Actually, one should think that at five o'clock in the morning the world is still in order.
Not so if you anchor in the immediate vicinity of a mosque.
With full ardor, the Muhezin roars through the totally overdriven loudspeakers, what a fragrant guy Allah is.
Hopefully he doesn't take it amiss because the song of praise is more reminiscent of a root canal at the dentist's without anesthesia. (Bell terror on Sunday morning in Germany is no fun either!)
Karen and Phillip have been following Papa and İna's journey on the internet and have expressed a desire to visit some of these beautiful places. So today we started in Fethiye with the bazaar and markets.
"Hello, I have beautiful fake D&G glasses! One moment please, come see me, I have beautiful carpets!"
You can say what you want, but in comparison to German salespeople, where you often have the feeling that the customer is just a nuisance, the guys here, with their oriental style of business, really care about the customers.
When you arrive, maybe a bit unfamiliar, but after a while you get used to it, say "No thanks" in a friendly manner and enjoy the stroll through the beautiful atmosphere of Fethiye.
