As many of you know, the rainy season has actually started here in Southeast Asia, but the sunny days here on Palawan still predominate and give us the opportunity to explore the surrounding islands.
By the way, we are not the only "yachties" here.
About a handful of foreign sailing yachts are here and have this area as their sailing tribe territory, because it seems difficult to leave this paradise piece of earth again.
At the moment, however, they are bound by the large island of Palawan and its surrounding archipelago due to Covid 19 and the quarantine regulations. But due to the size of the area and the large number of islands, you hardly meet any other yacht if you don't want to.
Cadalo, Dilumacad, Miniloc, Tapiutan, Mantinloc, Guntao, Saddle Island, Inambuyod, Cauayan, Inabuyatan etc., all of these islands are in close proximity with lots of bays, anchorages and beaches that we visited or will visit in the near future.
We drop anchor and stay an afternoon, a night, a week or two, just as we like it ... or until we run out of food and we have to go back to the main town of El Nido to get our supplies.

But more on that in one of the next log entries.
