We are totally in love with this incredibly diverse large island of Vanua Levu.
Palm-lined beaches, world-famous diving spots, endless sugar cane plantations, high mountains and dense rainforests.
Everywhere it greens and blooms with unbelievable lavishness, as if there were no tomorrow and the vegetation only had the opportunity to show its full splendor today.

We drove into the mountains with Frank and Doerte from Elan and an old rickety local bus to do a hike through the rainforest together.
After that, our paths will separate again, because we are still staying, but the two want to sail with the vigor in the direction of the South Sea archipelago of Tuvalu.
