Tenerife

The 3717 meter high Pico de Teide rises majestically from the haze of the sea on the horizon.
I weighed anchor this morning at 3 a.m. and finally left Las Palmas behind me after more than 3 weeks to continue my journey, initially alone.
Before I finally cross the Atlantic in mid-January, I would like to get to know something more about the Canary Islands.

I am particularly looking forward to Tenerife because one of my best friends, Rudi, is coming to visit before the distances become too great.

The 14-hour crossing was pure pleasure after the hectic city of Las Palmas.
20 knots of wind, only 1-2 meter waves and lots of sunshine.

I sit in the cockpit, admire the infinite blue of the sea and am happy to be able to travel the oceans in this way.
