Free luxury

We anchor behind the pass of Vaiari, on the east coast of Moorea.
It's almost like vacation after all the hustle and bustle in Papeete ;o)
No other boats and none of those pesky jet skis either.
Odin is peacefully situated on a mooring directly in front of the Sofitel luxury resort.
This complex has the most beautiful white sandy beach on the entire island and since the hotel management is happy about the decorative ambience of anchored sailing yachts, we are allowed to use all hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, private beach, etc. free of charge.
Now, at the beginning of February, we are thinking of our friends and the bitterly cold weather that is currently gripping Germany and we are happy to be here.
